Projekt MUSE: Page 6 is up…and an extra little something below

http://www.projektmuse.com/?p=740

Well….the mystery is over regarding that MUSE pilot with the binoculars. She’s the one and only…..

You are going to have to click on “continue” to see LOL.

Wil-copyAh well, it’s not exactly a huge mystery if you have already viewed page 6/panel 1 but what the heck. This is fun to do LOL!

So yeah, the action has now begun and will continue within the next few pages.

An update will occur on Friday as usual but keep in mind that here in the US, we have Monday, September 7th off (Labor Day) so the update will be preempted for our day of rest here in the States but don’t fret since we’ll be back to our regular schedule, Wednesday, Sept 9th.

So once again….

  • Page 8  (Sept 9)
  • And so on and so on….

Long time lurker, first time commenter >w<! Well, I would have commented sooner, but I figured my insubstantial comment should best be left not as the first comment, so here I am, err… second.

    Wilhelmina looks very pretty above! I was so happy to find out that you would be working on a new project ^^ New art from you = awesome sauce <3. Ah, I do have one question though about those air crafts on pg. 6: why is it painted camo? XD Wouldn't it be better to paint them all… blue, and sky like? ;;;

…And that is also why I should never be in the army. I'd kill them all :<

Have a well rested Labour Day! Hope to see another update soooon :]

Glad you like it! There’s a lot more action within the next few pages. These gals are quite daring in their Luftritters lol.

Had to adjust the image because I just noticed that the previous resolution was squishing the image a bit lol.

Anyhow a Brunhilde solo will be in the next update.

    Hi there!

Actually the scheme is loosely based on the WW2 German fighter plane called the Messerschmitt Bf 109.
Here’s some images of the actual WW2 plane:

In this alternate WW2 story we’re still trying to leave some things in that existed in thew World War 2 era and this is also our way of paying homage to a some of the details used on their vehicle’s paint schemes as well as their uniforms and other attire.

Other countries will also have paint schemes similar to their respective countries’ fighter planes from back then. Like for example, I may use a paint scheme from WW2′s US fighter plane color scheme that comes from the P-51 Mustang.

If you have any other inquiries, feel free to ask.

…And that is also why I should never be in the army. I’d kill them all

PS: The characters are not part of the army. They are similar to German Luftwaffe pilots (German Airforce). Sorry for the confusion. Air force back in the late 1930′s to early 1940′s always had colors that contrasted the color of the sky. And some were even personalized with nose art.

Here’s also a guide to Japanese camouflaging for Fighter Planes which I will be utilizing when I have to come up with Ai Nishimura’s nose art and paint scheme:
